Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process remotely. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures of positions across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Understand client/department hiring needs and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting across IT, Non-IT, sales, and support roles.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring or niche positions depending on requirements.
