Job Description
The Zonal Manager -HR, will be responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations across warehouses, distribution centers, transportation operations, and supply chain facilities. The role involves handling statutory compliance, labor law adherence, union interactions, contractor compliance, disciplinary processes, and workforce governance to ensure uninterrupted business operations and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Workforce Planning - Norms Vs Active within TAT, Reduction of Unauthorized Absenteeism (Leave Planner), Festival / Peak Season Preparation, Gender Diversity/Source Mix Strategy.
• Cost Saving - Deployment of Alternative Workforce, Service Charge Reduction of all manpower vendors, Reduction of statutory obligation.
• Vendor Performance Management.
• Employee Engagement - Visits and Grievance Handling, Rewards & Recognition.
• Statutory Compliance - All compliances, No NCs in HR audit, notice closures & name amendments, application of S&E.
• IR Study - Active Participation in Solution Design and ensure 100% IR Sign off for all upcoming businesses.
• TM and Learning & Development - Working with L&D for skill building.
• Talent Acquisition (Executive) - TAT - From the opening of position to offer
release.
• Stakeholder Management - Internal & External, provide Liaising support with Labour, Police & Civil authority
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience & Qualifications - MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare
LLB preferred
Certification in labour laws or compliance management is an advantage
10-12 years of experience in Industrial Relations and labour compliance
