Job Description
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions—primarily using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate—to streamline business processes and enhance digital productivity across the organization. The role is responsible for building secure, integrated applications, configuring authentication for external users, and ensuring seamless connectivity with Microsoft services such as SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the role transforms requirements into efficient, user-friendly solutions, provides ongoing support, drives automation opportunities, and ensures comprehensive documentation and training to enable effective adoption and long-term success.
Also, we are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Private Markets, including how private market ecosystems operate across Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity, Private Credit and Alternative Investments. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology innovation and project leadership. You will be responsible for mapping end-to-end processes, simplifying them, translating requirements into automated solutions and driving high- impact projects from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps & Powerpages. Create and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes. Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. Configure Authentication options with Azure AD B2C, Google Login Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that meet business needs. Identify and resolve issues in applications and workflows, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and automate manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and team members on using Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Develop a deep understanding of Private Markets processes across deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting and fund operations. Map end-to-end business workflows, clearly documenting steps, handoffs, responsibilities and interdependence across teams. Simplify complex processes and translate them into clean diagrams, flowcharts and structured documentation. Collaborate with technology teams to conceptualize, design and support the development of automated or AI-driven solutions. Track milestones, manage risks and ensure timely delivery. Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas and initiate new solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
1. Extensive experience in Private Markets (VC, PE, Growth Equity, Alternatives) or related financial services domains.
2. Strong understanding of how private market processes work — deal flow, workflows, reporting structure and team interactions.
3. Excellent process mapping skills, with ability to document, visualize and simplify complex workflows.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with structured thought processes.
5. Proven track record of independently managing and driving projects with minimal supervision.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
7. Core Technical Skills
o Power Apps Development Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps Proficiency in Power Fx formulas UI/UX design skills for mobile-friendly apps Experience with Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, and security roles
o Power Pages (Portals) Experience building and customizing Power Pages Knowledge of web roles, page permissions, table permissions Ability to customize using: Liquid Templates JavaScript HTML/CSS Managing Authentication and Identity Providers within Power Pages
o Power Automate Building automated flows (Scheduled, Instant, Cloud flows) Integrating flows with Power Apps and external services Error handling, retry policies, and governance Working with JSON payloads, dynamic content, API responses
8. Integration Skills
• Experience integrating with:
o SQL

o Power BI Embedded

• Ability to use standard connectors, premium connectors, and custom connectors
• Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and data integration patterns
9. Authentication & Security
• Experience configuring Azure AD B2C for external user authentication
• Ability to set up social logins like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft
• Understanding of:
