Job Description
The PMO Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and provide Operational support to the Project Managers, Business Management team and Development teams to ensure project adhere to standards, timelines, budget, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
5-7 years of experience in PMO with a focus on SPM
• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst with SDLC lifecycle, project methodologies, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio
Management (SPM)
• Experience implementing end-to-end PMO solutions.
• Strong Agile experience handling Scrum & Kanban projects
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle (git, Jenkins, etc.), CI/CD processes.
• Experience in the financial services industry, financial instruments, asset classes, and market data are a plus.
• Assist stakeholders with tracking and streamlining the project / program plans.
• Maintain PMO related documents in share path.
• In-depth knowledge of PMO functions.
• Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently without the need for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team
efforts.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Experience working in a PMO organization and knowledgeable on the full SDLC lifecycle and project methodologies.
• Experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), JIRA, Confluence and MS Office
Applications (including Excel & PowerPoint). Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication/presentation skills (written and oral) in cross-cultural business environment
• Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
• Must be highly energetic, detail-orientated, and extremely proactive, and be able to perform under pressure in a
challenging environment
• Experience working in the Financial Industry a plus
