Job Description
This role is responsible for leading Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, focusing on field activations and enhancing shopper awareness for the wood finishes portfolio. The position plays a key role in driving on-ground engagement and supporting brand visibility across target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute annual engagement programs for architects and contractor networks.
- Implement monthly and quarterly incentive schemes targeted at contractors.
- Design and manage the yearly calendar for field marketing and shopper activation campaigns.
- Oversee and control BTL marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilization.
- Lead on-ground activation efforts for new product launches.
- Execute both regional and national marketing campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate participation and execution of trade shows at national and regional levels.
- Develop marketing collateral for UI and CW brand portfolios.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for creative development and production of marketing materials.
- Analyze competitor collaterals to identify trends and generate innovative ideas.
- Manage existing vendors and identify new partners to strengthen execution capabilities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Education: MBA in Marketing or General Management
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
