Job Description
- Drive export sales growth by onboarding new customers and expanding the company’s presence and market share in international markets.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities across products, customers, geographies, and applications to strengthen the global footprint.
- Gather and align all necessary technical and commercial information required to successfully initiate and scale new business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in international markets, manage product sampling, and convert opportunities into commercial business while ensuring timely collection of receivables.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies aimed at improving both revenue volumes and profit margins.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to identify and introduce new product opportunities that can drive additional revenue streams.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth and influence decision-making.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification: Engineer + MBA with experience in B2B Sales
Specific experience 3-5+ years in Exports sales and Business Development roles in Chemical or associated Industry
Overall experience 5-8 years in sales and Business Development roles in Chemical or associated Industry
