Job Description
We are hiring for a mid-level UX/UX Designer with 5-7 years of professional experience to support the design of enterprise-scale products across web, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable handling end-to-end design responsibilities, including user research, interaction design, and visual design, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for enterprise web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and other digital touchpoints
- Conduct and support UX research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and insights synthesis
- Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design responsive and adaptive interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
- Contribute to and follow enterprise design systems, UI standards, and accessibility guidelines
- Create clear design documentation and developer-ready handoffs
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively
- Identify usability gaps and recommend continuous improvements
