Job Description

The role of Head Business & Product Marketing is responsible for driving market success of the company’s products and solutions by bridging business strategy, product development, sales, and marketing. This role will own product positioning, go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and enable revenue growth through strong market insights and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

 Define product/ Service positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned to customer needs and business goals in the industry of Realty/ Hospitality/ Bullion etc.
 Translate complex product/ service features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
 Own product/ service narratives, pitch decks, product pages, demos, and sales collateral.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
 Lead go-to-market planning for new product/ service launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions.
 Partner with product/ service, sales, and growth teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
 Develop pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies in collaboration with
stakeholders.
Business Growth & Revenue Enablement
 Support sales and business teams with tools, training, and enablement content.
 Drive demand generation strategies in partnership with digital and brand teams.
 Influence pipeline growth, conversion rates, and product adoption metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Act as the bridge between product/ service, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership across all the Business Verticals of the organization.
 Influence product roadmap decisions using market and customer insights.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
 Define success metrics for product/ service marketing initiatives.
 Track product/ service performance, adoption, win/loss analysis, and campaign effectiveness.
 Continuously refine positioning and GTM strategies based on performance data.

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

 Graduate + Postgraduate.

 MBA/ PGDM: Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
 15–18+ years of experience in product marketing or service industry like Hospitality, business marketing
 Experience working closely with product and sales teams in growth-oriented organizations.
 Experience in the Realty/Media & Entertainment/ Hospitality/ Gold & Silver industry preferred.
