Job Description

The Head of Brand Management & Corporate Communications will be responsible for defining, building, and protecting the organization's brand reputation. This role will lead the overall brand strategy, corporate communications, media relations, internal communications, and crisis management to ensure consistent, compelling, and credible messaging across all stakeholders of all the verticals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Management

 Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
 Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
 Oversee brand architecture, brand guidelines, and governance across all business units and geographies of the organization.
 Monitor brand health, equity and perception through research and analytics.

 

2. Corporate Communications

 Lead corporate communications strategy, including external, internal and leadership communications.
 Craft and manage key corporate narratives, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership initiatives.
 Oversee press releases, speeches, presentations, annual reports, and corporate publications.
 Daily updates across all verticals of the organization on the Dashboard.

3. Media & Public Relations
 Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry analysts, and key influencers.
 Manage proactive and reactive media engagement, interviews, and press briefings.
 Act as a key spokesperson or support leadership in media interactions.

4. Internal Communications

 Design and execute internal communication strategies to engage employees and align them with company vision and values (like a Chat Bot/ Popup)
 Support change management, culture-building, and leadership communication initiatives.


5. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
 Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing, HR, legal and investor relations teams.
 Support investor, government and regulatory communications where applicable.


6. Team & Agency Management
 Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and communications team.
 Manage external agencies, including PR, creative, and brand consultants.
 Own budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Desired Experience & Qualification

 Graduate + Postgraduate.
 MBA/ PGDM: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field
 15–18+ years of experience in brand management and corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 Proven track record of building strong brands and managing corporate reputation.
 Experience working with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
