Job Description
To acquire, manage, and deepen client relationships by providing comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions to both Resident and NRI clients. The role focuses on achieving business growth through new client acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling of financial products while ensuring superior client experience, compliance adherence, and long-term relationship value.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve personal and business unit goals by implementing a variety of Relationship deepening technique and new business acquisition activities
Acquiring and managing Resident and NRI clients
Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored Banking & Wealth management solutions
Work in close coordination with Service Delivery Ambassadors to deliver superior service to clients
Cross-sell Trade & Fx, Wealth, Insurance products to clients
Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client according at defined frequency
Ensuring 360° client engagement – “Total Client Ownership”
Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
Desired Experience & Qualification
MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial discipline
AMFI / NISM certified
IRDA Certification
Experience : Relationship Management experience in Banks, NBFC, Brokerage houses
Experience – 3 yrs +
Key Skills :
Good interpersonal and communication skills – English & Vernacular
Good Presentation skills & networking skills – ability to start relationships and build rapport
Sound knowledge of Banking Products
Good analytical skills, ability to understand client needs and sell range of pdts
