Job Description
Looking for Sales Manager – Raw materials for Construction//Waterproofing purposes –West & South will be responsible for:
- Drive and execute Sales of the chemicals in West & South region to achieve both Value & Volume as per AOP
- Identify potential opportunities for launching new differentiated products in market that would lead to incremental business opportunities
The incumbent should be at comfort, in a start-up like environment and must demonstrate at work strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to drive Cross-functional teams and influence critical stakeholders
Candidate should be having B2B sales experience to Construction Chemicals/ Waterproofing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility would be to drive and execute sales of the chemicals in the West & South Region to achieve revenue & profitability targets.
- To strength the relationship with existing customers and develop relationship with new customers and influencers
- Key Account Management for customers, starting from procurement of orders till managing receivables
- Assist Head Sales to identity new sources of business – be it new products, new customers, new markets, new applications or a combination of these
- Formulate a go-to-market plan for sales directly to OEM’s and through Distributors for the West & South Region
- Work Closely with cross functional departments ( production, logistics, planning & R&D at plant) for day to day operational activities and dispatches of orders
- Monitor inventory of products ( SKU Wise) at depots in West & South Region as per sales forecast
Maintain regular Sales MIS & prepare presentations for periodic reviews with management
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Qualifications – Any Graduate + MBA (Preferred)
- Experience –Overall 10 years in B2B Sales and Business Development role, specific 3-5 Yrs. of experience in construction chemical segment
- Preferred Industry/Companies- Construction Chemical Manufacturers, Synthetic Latex Manufactures, Waterproofing chemical manufacturer
