TalentMint is hiring for the role of Technical Specialist -Data & Analytics for a Leading AI- Powered Supply Chain Solutions organization. The person will be responsible for finding Actionable Insights, Savings Opportunities, Process Leakages and Compliance measures by Investigating & Extracting data across procurement systems, Perform Interesting data processing activities using Advanced technologies and Present them in a Beautiful visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Support Client IT teams with extraction of Data. Learn and Implement API based Data Extractor Utility
• Load data to Spend Data Builder, Consolidate different data sources to single view and prepare a profile to review accuracy of collected data
• Perform Vendor Cleansing and Spend Classification to a Category Tree. Correct AI output and build AI model & Rules.
• Publish processed data to Spend Analytic tool and review for accuracy
• Draw takeaways and actionable insights to present to Client
• Train Client Users on Spend Analytics
• Support Engagement teams with QBR preparation
• Perform all Quality Check Steps, Ensure adoption of all Process steps & Maintain
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Know ledge of Advance Excel, MS Access and SQL preferred
• Know ledge of ERP, Accounts Payable Systems is preferred
• Analytical, Problem Solving, Creative
• Strong Team Player
• Positive Attitude & Willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations
• Fluent English Communication (Oral, Written and Presentation)
• Prior experience doing Spend Analysis
