JOB SUMMARY
Data & Analytics team will be responsible for finding Actionable Insights, Savings Opportunities, Process Leakages and Compliance measures by Investigating & Extracting data across procurement systems, Perform Interesting data processing activities using Advanced technologies and Present them in a Beautiful visualization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a small portfolio of multiple clients.
• Team Management: Coach and manage at least 3 to 5 team members.
• Track and deliver multiple projects at a time. Identify scope creeps and evaluate change requests.
• Guide team on deliverables to customers. Have formal weekly project status review meetings with team and customer.
• Follow laid down processes, update weekly status and have 1-1 with team and PM / Sr. Manager.
• Learn project management to deliver projects successfully.
• Understand and resolve issues with projects effectively and efficiently.
• Brainstorming sessions with team to identify innovative approaches / solutions. • Travel to customer locations for requirements gathering, perception alignment and training the customer on E-Spend tool.
Desired Experience & Qualification
3+ yrs experience in Spend Analysis.
